About Pierre C. Gilles, M.D.
Pierre Gilles, M.D
Pierre Gilles, M.D., is a board-certified surgeon who has practiced for over 30 years. His expertise includes trauma surgery with vascular experience, and all facets of general and laparoscopic surgery. At USA Vein Clinics, he brings his experience to perform minimally invasive non-surgical vein procedures such as ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy and endovenous thermal ablation.
Dr. Gilles received his medical degree from Northwestern University and completed an internship in general surgery at Texas Medical Center in Houston. He completed a residency program in general surgery at Huron Hospital in Cleveland, OH; and a nutrition mini-fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Gilles, who has served as teaching staff for various training programs [inclusive of his 15+ years as a level 1 trauma surgeon], was featured on a segment of William Shatner’s television program “Rescue 911”.
