Kareem Elshatory, M.D., is a board-certified internal specialist with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. His expertise includes emergency and trauma medicine.
Dr. Elshatory’s journey into medicine began at the Ain Shams Faculty of Medicine in Cairo, Egypt. He furthered his training with a resident internship at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield, New Jersey, followed by an internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He then pursued an allergy and immunology fellowship at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Elshatory is also a member of the American College of Physicians as well as the American College of Emergency Physicians.
