West Hollywood, CA, Aug. 8, 2025—Many people are aware of the harmful effects of excessive ultraviolet (UV) exposure on skin health, but few recognize its impact on veins, particularly on those with chronic venous insufficiency (CVI). To raise awareness of prolonged sun exposure’s effect on vein health, USA Vein Clinics will host a free event at their outpatient clinic in West Hollywood, CA, at 7901 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 101, on Aug. 13, 2025.
The event, called “Let’s Talk Veins,” will provide attendees with information regarding chronic venous insufficiency (CVI), and how factors such as the sun and heat can exacerbate symptoms like leg pain, swelling, and varicose or spider veins.
“Let’s Talk Veins” is for anyone experiencing these symptoms, who are concerned about the appearance of their veins, or want to know how to maintain healthy circulation. A complimentary lunch will be provided at 12:30 p.m., and attendees who schedule a consultation during the event will receive a free pair of compression socks.
If attendees are not able to make it during lunch, the event will run during normal business hours to ensure attendees have an opportunity to speak with a specialist about their veins.
