Alexander C. Batchev, D.O.
Alexander C. Batchev, D. O., has been in practice for over 20 years and brings a rich background of multidisciplinary healthcare experience, having advanced training in vein disease, family practice and gynecology. Dr. Batchev received a Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York. He completed a dual residency in osteopathic, obstetrics, and gynecology at Sisters of Charity Hospital in New York, followed by a family medicine residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Michigan. Dr. Batchev then did a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. In addition to teaching medical residents, Dr. Batchev has chaired numerous hospital committees and received awards and recognition for top patient care.
