I have been going to this office since November 2025 for several procedures with Dr. Nguyen and his staff. I am very pleased with how the procedures have turned out so far. I was having severe cramping in both my legs but since having this done they are gone. Dr. Nguyen is a very outgoing person, friendly and kind. Thank you for all you have done for me.

My legs were so swollen I couldn’t get shoes on…when I came here, they got them down…

Now that I had the procedure I feel 100% better. I am able to sleep without discomfort and I don’t have any of the symptoms I had before.

USA Vein Clinic in Elmwood Park, IL is an exceptional place with an exceptional staff. Dr. Stuart Feldman is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is kind, friendly, professional and very gentle while administering a treatment.

Dr. Manuel E. Abella is an excellent and very professional doctor, explaining all my procedures in detail. His team, Danny, Arturo, Yailin, and Xiomara, provided me with excellent, expert, kind, and approachable care, using highly competitive methods. As a patient, they have all played a role in my recovery. I congratulate them all for making me feel so warmly welcomed. I am more than grateful for the experience; they made me feel like family.

Great facility. The ultrasound tech, doctor, and office staff are wonderful!
