I have been going to this office since November 2025 for several procedures with Dr. Nguyen and his staff. I am very pleased with how the procedures have turned out so far. I was having severe cramping in both my legs but since having this done they are gone. Dr. Nguyen is a very outgoing person, friendly and kind. Thank you for all you have done for me.

I received treatment for Chronic Venous Insufficiency (CVI) at USA Vein Clinics – San Antonio in late 2025 into early 2026. Dr Wan Lin Horng, M.D. is a very experienced and amazing Doctor, and her entire team who facilitates all the scheduled vein procedures and follow up appointments for monitoring are ALL professional and welcoming. Dr Horng specializes in the treatment of Adult CVI with injection procedures to resolve improper blood flow. If you notice ankle or lower leg swelling, don’t ignore it. I highly recommend USA Vein Clinics – San Antonio and Dr Horng to anyone with CVI or Vein related issues.

USA Vein Clinics all staff were incredible.

You couldn’t ask for better treatment…everybody who has this problem with their veins, this is the place to visit.

On my very first visit, both Dr. Ian Shore and the technician were extremely friendly and encouraging! I’ll definitely recommend this to others, especially once I start treatment and see the positive results that was explained to me in detail! Any improvement to my overall health is of extreme importance, and this office made me feel that it is possible to have success! I should have come here sooner!

I just had my sclerotherapy treatment with Dr. Victor Yu, it was amazing visit.
