He has 22 plus years of experience as a cardiovascular surgeon.  He completed a post-graduate residency at the University of Rochester, N.Y., and his internship at the University Hospital, Stony Brook, NY. Dr. Banker contributes to a number of medical publications and is certified by the American College of Phlebology Society of Vascular Ultrasound.
